Thank you for your feedback. Sorry your order was delivered sooner than you expected. We don't currently have the option to select a specific delivery date online unless you're selecting a Next Day or Saturday delivery. Our standard delivery is up to 7 working days, so may arrive sooner. However, if you enter your mobile number when you order you will get a text from DHL and once the order has been despatched with us you can rearrange your delivery directly with them for a specific day. Alternatively, you can give us a ring and we will arrange to deliver to you on a specific day where possible. I'm glad to hear the earlier delivery didn't cause you any issues. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. The majority of online retailers ask their customers to allow 28 days for refunds, ourselves included. This gives us time to check the returned product, process the return, process the refund and the time it takes for your bank to put the funds back into your account. Usually, your refund will arrive much sooner however during busy periods it may occasionally take longer. A lot of people prefer to order online as your rights regarding refunds are different - if you purchase something in a shop you are not actually entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, whereas you are when something is bought online. I have checked on the progress of your refund and this should be in your account next week. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback. We advertise our Polyex Pond Liner as the cheapest liner in the UK - we will price match anyone selling the same liner for less. It is significantly cheaper than the Gordon Low liners, but a great budget-friendly option for those not wanting to spend a lot of money on their garden pond. We sell more of our Polyex than we do any of the Gordon Low linersl, but we don't claim that they are as thick or puncture resistant because they are not and the price reflects this. However, they come with an extensive guarantee which we wouldn't be able to offer if people were regularly claiming under it - it is still a strong and flexible pond liner which we regularly receive great feedback for. Sorry it wasn't what you were looking for on this occasion, I hope the Gordon Low liner is better suited to your needs. Thank you.
