Definitely recommend them. We had to contact them due to a missing part & they replied within minutes. The part required arrived within 2 days.

Item was broken due to insufficient packaging
Item came quickly but the box was cracked and the loom took inside was broken. Due to how many things go missing in the Mail atm l didn’t bother trying to replace it.

Amazing, new Loom band set in the Mail. Thanks very much. Highly recommended and will use again. So hard to get good customer service and this company has proved me wrong!
