Product good but customer service very poor
Product good but customer service very poor. I was in discussion by email with customer services concerning an issue I had but they just stopped responding without any explanation

We tried to explain that in order to receive the 10% discount advertised on our website, you have to subscribe to our newsletter with a valid email address and you will receive a voucher code which can be used upon checkout. I gave the low rating because bopster just stopped communicating and I never received an answer as to why I never was sent a voucher code when I signed up to the newsletter. I would however confirm that my granddaughter is very pleased with the scooter we purchased for her birthday.
