Love this company. Quick service and quick to respond to issues (not saying there are many!).

An awesome service, as valuable as a traditional book library with a great points reward system that effectively means you pay rent only while you are borrowing or use your credit on purchases. I...

Poor service
Didn’t honour their service agreement, several games didn’t show up, others showed up extremely late (7 days later) and I am not getting any value out of the service which is pretty diabolical. It’s...

Hi Danny,
Thanks for your review of our service.
I'm disappointed to hear you have suffered delays and a less than satisfactory customer service experience.
We always send out the next game to you as quickly as we possibly can and expect them to arrive within 1-3 days with your standard mail.
Any day that you are waiting for the next game to be despatched we will award payback points to your account and I can see you have some unused points currently! You can use these towards bonus games, free rental months and discount on purchases! We have a dedicated customer service team available via Phone, Email, Live Chat or Social Media channels so if you ever have any questions or need any help at all please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thanks
Boomerang
