Hi Jonathan,
Thanks for your review of our games rental service.
I’m sorry to hear you have been waiting for a next gen game.
We aim to get as many copies as we possibly can of each new release title and we are already beginning to see our customers return their copies.
We will continue to do our best to keep any wait times to a minimum and any day you have lost we will give you back with payback points to help you get the best value for your subscription.
We have 1000’s of games to choose from in our library so there is always something great ready to play if the game at the top of your list isn’t immediately available!
If you are still waiting for a specific title please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will always be happy to help.
Thanks
Boomerang
