I was, quite frankly, horrified to hear that your bank had charged you such a ridiculous amount for the transaction but was equally pleased to hear that you had plans to contact them about this and that you have now been refunded in full for these so that you are not out of pocket. Once again, I am really sorry that we were unable to accept your booking and that you did not book with us on this occasion. I hope that we may be able to help you with a future holiday. We are always looking for ways in which we can improve as a business and we will certainly try to put in place better systems to ensure that our availability online is kept up to date more effectively.
