We do send a pre-departure email 1 - 2 weeks before you depart which has all the booking details reconfirmed along with the details you need while in resort. It's great that you enjoyed your time in Prague when it's at its most festive! We're sorry for the confusion over the transfer from the hotel, the bus was unfortunately held up in traffic, we will look at having a rep on the return trip in future as I think this could have helped with some of the issues you mention and we'll highlight the short walk for 2020. I hope we might see you on another Bontour trip in 2020!
