order process over a week ago was smooth but bollards still not delivered and i have not had an update or advice on when delivery is likely to be made

Simple, straightforward ordering and delivery.
Placed order online, prompt confirmation. Only quibble was lack of delivery time. I was given an estimate of days but no confirmation of exact day.
