Hi Kate, We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t as expected . Unfortunately our system does not automatically add all the information required by some insurers on the invoice in order to reclaim. Our finance team are always happy to help and will manually add all information required by an insurer as soon as it is requested from the client. I can see there was some confusion in this instance where your insurer required a little more information than is usually requested but we’re happy our system shows this was corrected and resent the same day as requested.
