I apologize if we missed your email. As a long-standing business, we take issues with delivery very seriously. If a dish is broken during delivery, we always offer either a replacement or a refund. Please send us a picture of the broken dish via email (info@bluedotpottery.co.uk), and we will send you a replacement on Monday. Yes i intend to buy more of them. The service was excellent in every way, packaging, time of delivery everything. My daughter and daughter in law also love blue dot pottery.

I am in the uk but the order was nevertheless delivered quite quickly. It came very well wrapped up and the pattern on the pottery is beautiful. I would definitely recommend this site
