Their lines are always "busy" - it is impossible to contact them for after sales service.
the material is ok the mechanism is very poor the pull chain was wrapped around the material. had to remove ends to release chain. when in correct position not easy to raise or drop the blinds.

On roller blinds it is normal for the chain to come wrapped around the blind, as the blinds must be packed as tight as possible to avoid transit damages.
The blinds should operate smoothly, however, as we use only the highest quality components on our products.
