This is my second purchase from this company. The 2 blinds I ordered arrived on time as promised. They were exactly the size as ordered and fitting is so easy. I would highly recommend this company.
This was the first time I have used Blinds Direct and although I’m happy with the product, losing the order adding another week wait for the blinds was disappointing. They were for my elderly parents.
Communication was friendly. Had to call them for confirmation of order and also advise for delivery date. More communication to customer would be helpful.
