Hi, We are sorry to hear about the problems you experienced during your installation yesterday. The engineer has informed us that there was a power surge at the property which affected a number of electrical items. Your old system should now be up and running and we have spoken to our warehouse team to send the replacement part to your property. We will be speaking to our engineers this morning who will contact you to book a suitable time for us to come and get your new system up and running.
