Hi Sylvia, We are incredibly grateful that you have taken the time to leave us a 5-Star review. I am so pleased you are happy with both the service you received and also with your new plants you have received, it is always lovely to hear such positive feedback and I hope they are settling into their new home.
Holly is a slow growing evergreen species. Hopefully, you have a good mixture of male and female plants, which will ensure the female plants produce lots of berries in winter for you and these berries will attract lots of hungry birds. Escallonia are gorgeous evergreen hedge plants that during the months of June to October produce masses of red flowers.
And we will be in touch regarding your Hawthorn bare roots that are on pre-order for November. Hawthorn is a native, deciduous species, so your plants will lose their leaves during autumn/winter, but they will burst back into leaf again in spring and will flower and they eventually produce berries. So extra wildlife should hopefully be coming into your garden soon. Your review really means a lot to us and it also benefits prospective customers. Please let us know if we can help you with anything further, and thank you for taking time out of your day to leave us this wonderful review and thank you for being such a fabulous customer 😊.
Kind Regards,
Judi, Customer Care
