Although our boxes all say "this way up" very rarely one gets tipped but the plants are very tough and should withstand this without a problem. I'm sure as you planted quickly and you keep them well watered, they'll be absolutely fine in no time. We have checked the batch of plants that these came from and they are all absolutely fine - but these sound to have had a touch of frost damage (late frosts are lethal with tender young leaves). We are extremely concerned to hear that we sent 1 plant short - normally our despatch team are absolutely spot on - a complete new batch are in the post to you. We knew we needed a new phone system and you have helped push this up the agenda.
