Hi, Lovely to speak to you and thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry the couriers did not take better care of your plants in transit, So thank you for being so lovely on your call. As discussed we will replace any plants that fail, so drop me an email if you have any issues. And we do take on board the "pre-order" comments for your plants that were ordered in June. I do agree this can be confusing. I hope you enjoy your new plants and the wildlife they will bring to your garden.
