Great service overall. But no gift card was included despite the fact it was requested and was a christmas gift delivered direct - only lucky the recipient guessed who it was from.

I'm really sorry you were disappointed. When you placed the order, it was in stock, but the last few weeks before Christmas were incredibly busy and we sold out. I agree it is an excellent beer. It's back in stock now. I'll send you an email with a code for free delivery incase you still want to sample some Many thanks Gill

So glad they were enjoyed. The Christmas beers were unbelievably popular, so much so that the brewers struggled to keep up and near the end we had to double up on a few cases. We have a better plan for next year though and we'll make a promise that there will be no doubling up!Now we know how popular they are we can persuade the brewers to brew more thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback
