thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback and apologies that a bottle was broken. Our boxes are bespoke and designed to reduce breakages, however, even though it is rare, accidents will happen. I'll send a replacement bottle straight away

Placed order early in December, and received dispatch notice. No beer has been delivered and it seems that there was no stock.Dispite waiting for a refund no money has been returned.

I remember this very well. As you were in Belfast we had used a different courier to avoid charging a supplement to deliver. They are normally very good- we have a negligible breakage rate, hence my surprise the beer hadn't got to you,also they hadn't advised us. It took them a bit of time to work out what had happened to your parcel.
Also, our policy is to refund within 7 days during peak times as our payment processor takes a couple of days to clear the funds. I'm sorry that this was a little bit longer than you expected and apologies for your beer going astray.

Many thanks for taking the time to add your comments. I remember your complaint very well and remember you were upset because the box was unbranded.
I sent a few emails and made a few phone calls to try to resolve this with you. My mum lives in Lanarkshire several miles from you and she was willing to either collect the box to avoid you having to return it or give you a branded box. When I didn't hear back from you I presumed you were happy to keep the box. I'm sorry that this wasn't the case. If I can explain, we got some unbranded boxes in because had some feedback that the branded ones spoiled the surprise!
we now have it as an option to choose a branded or unbranded box.
We really do care whether customers are happy or not and I'm sorry that you weren't.
