Thank you for the feedback! It has been our practice in the twenty years that we have been trading to always to take a deposit. I am sure that you would understand that is for the owners' peace of mind. This deposit is, however, refunded to you within three days after your departure. It is also very rare that we have to deduct anything from the deposit. We hope that you enjoyed your stay!
