Send me my order of a teapot with its lid would be a start, it takes 3 phone call, which I had to make & 3 hours to get the reply of, the warehouse are going to finally send you out you lid. Instead...

After a thorough investigation with the warehouse, a teapot lid was immediately dispatched and you should have received it a day or 2 after your initial delivery. Disappointing in all aspects

Communication was poor and took chasing. Standard delivery is very long. Actual product looked cheaper than the photo/ price point. Not impressed all round.
