Hi, sincere apologies for this issue. I checked the order on the system and there is no note to say the product was returned. I investigated further and contacted the courier company and they have noted the delivery was refused at the door. We do state in our delivery and returns policy that should you wish to return a product, to contact customer services as this ensures we can refund in a timely manner.
I have refunded the order and it should be in your account in the next few days.
Order arrived on time but I only ordered 2 crutches, and they came in a large wheelchair box. I feel this was such a waste of resources, I ended up with a LARGE cardboard box to dispose of.
