Really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We ship hundreds of orders every week with our courier company and every now and then, an order goes astray. In this instance they delivered to the wrong apartment address. We made a note of this and followed up directly with the courier depot and the driver responsible.
I can assure you that we are here and ready to handle any future orders you may place.

I am sorry to hear of your issue with the Raised Toilet Seat.
We sell a wide range of healthcare products but we have a very clear set of guidelines when it comes to sanitary / hygiene products and it clearly states on the website:
"Please note, we have a duty of care to our customers and for hygiene reasons, we cannot risk spreading infection and therefore cannot accept returns on toileting, incontinence, showering, respiratory or bedding products."
We do not accept returns for any sanitary / hygiene products even if the package / wrapping is unopened.
In addition, we take great pride in the friendly and courteous service we provide to our customers and I'm sorry that you felt let down on this occasion.
