Came on the day very friendly took the base upstairs asked if they would put the headboard and the mattress on for me which they did. Took all of the plastic for me .good service 😊

Excellent service.
Visited local showroom - staff friendly and helpful. Selected our new bed which was delivered 4 weeks later, as promised, and our old bed disposed of. Excellent service - we would certainly use...

Hello, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear we fell short of your expectations this time. I have looked into your order and it seems the supplier that dispatches the mattress sat on the order for a bit longer than we would have liked. Our team have already raised a complaint with the Area Sales Manager as it is paramount that advertised lead times are met. In terms of delivery, we do specify on our website that roll-up mattresses are not delivered to the room of choice, this is available to see on our Free Delivery Exclusions page.
