Service OK but not delivery team

Fast service. Delivery not as promised, 2 man delivery but only delivered to hall, when asked to deliver to bedroom they advised they only take to here. This is despite fact website states delivery...

Hi, really sorry about the delivery service, I just checked your invoice from January and we paid for a two man room of choice service with Expect Distribution and I will be discussing it with them, as clearly their delivery team haven't provided the service promised. We try to make the images as accurate as possible on line and offer many fabric choices and we aim to have images of all bases and the different fabrics options they are available in in future. Thank you for your prompt response, it was quite a struggle for me and my young daughter to get the bed up 2 flights of stairs to her bedroom so I am glad the issue will be addressed with those responsible.
