Very Happy
The customer service and advice before the purchase was fantastic, equally so after I had placed my order. On top of that, the beds are SO comfortable. I don't think I've ever slept so well...!

Great bed, terrible delivery service
Ordered a Thornton Oak bed frame. Email said they will get in touch after 1-2 work days for delivery options. Not heard after 4 days and was just about to ring when 2 blokes turned up on my patio (!)...
