At the moment not very good. I placed my order on 30th Nov with the words “we are getting you order ready for shipping and will notify you when shipped” Four days later I have still heard nothing ....

PAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY AND PARCEL STILL NOT ARRIVED
My purchase has not arrived, I downloaded the app so I could track my order but when I try to find it, the app states 'We couldn't find a tracking number.' Is my tracking number the same as my order...
Paid for next day delivery, goods arrived 3 days later!!!! E mailed cust service to enquire where my goods were, 10 days on i still havent had a reply.
