Thanks for your review. I'm very sorry an item was missing from your order, it was sent out to you a few days ago so has hopefully arrived safely. We always respond to e-mails as soon as possible, as you've seen with your previous message regarding rocailles and applying the discount code. Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that the leather you wanted was out of stock, we're expecting a shipment including these items in approximately 2-3 weeks.
