Many thanks. I have returned the order yesterday so hopefully it should arrive with you shortly. I have not received an email from you, even though I was told a second one had been sent.

Thank you for your emails. I apologise for the bead mix not being what was expected. I have looked into your order and on the day you placed your order we had shipped your order before we received your email. For courier services and heavier items we would have to ship your order by 2pm and this would take 2-5 days based on our terms and conditions for delivery. As a gesture of good will. We will be shipping out a 500g mix of extra beads free of charge. We will add an extra bag of beads to all our future mixes for our customers. The order came really fast. Royal Mail popped it in a bag because the jiffy bag was a bit torn but as it was all taped together inside nothing was missing.
