We are sorry to hear you are slightly disappointed with the mechanism on your Loxton Sofa. The mechanisms can be a little stiffer when new but smooth out with use. However, should you continue to have any concern with the mechanism, please contact us directly at info@beadlecromeinteriors.co.uk
