Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the delay and frustration caused. This order was placed as an emergency one-off due to a stock issue with your usual supplier, and we appreciate how important timely delivery was in this case. Unfortunately, despite clear instructions being passed on to the courier regarding your delivery preferences, these were not followed, which led to the delay. We took this up directly with the courier, and I also arranged a full postage refund and a replacement bag to be sent out as an apology. While I'm pleased the delivery was eventually completed, I fully acknowledge it wasn’t the service standard you - or we - expect. Thank you again for your patience throughout.
