Our understanding is that the driver did offer to open the roof vents to help improve airflow, but we appreciate that this may not have provided the level of comfort you were hoping for. We are also sorry to hear your concerns regarding the driver's departure procedure. Passenger checks are an important part of our operation, and we will raise this matter with the driver to check if they did a head count as passengers boarded and to ensure the correct procedures are consistently followed. Regarding the coach seating, we have checked the booking and there was no request recorded to indicate that you were travelling with another passenger. For future bookings, we would recommend asking your booking agent to add a specific note requesting that you be seated with your travelling companion(s). This ensures that other agents accessing your booking can see this information. We're glad that you were seated together in the theatre and that you were able to resolve the situation on the day.
