Recenze společnosti Barnes Coaches

Thank you for your lovely review. We're delighted to hear that you had a great day overall. Regarding the coach temperature, please do let the driver know if the air conditioning becomes too cold during the journey. Our drivers are always happy to make adjustments where possible to help keep everyone comfortable. It's also worth noting that on a long coach, temperatures can vary quite significantly between the front and rear of the vehicle, as well as between aisle and window seats, so some passengers may experience the temperature differently. With regard to the return hovercraft crossing, we apologise for any confusion. The scheduled timings were to be at the terminal for 16:55, ready for boarding to commence, with the hovercraft departing at 17:15. We apologise if this was not communicated as clearly as it could have been and we will work on making these instructions clearer for future trips to avoid any unnecessary concern. Thank you again for your feedback. We really value your comments and hope to welcome you on another trip with us soon.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear that you had an excellent day out. We would like to apologise for the wait at the end of the event. The information provided to us by the event organisers was that the show would be open until 5:30pm, and the coach departure time was scheduled accordingly. Unfortunately, it appears that many visitors had finished and returned to the coach earlier than expected. We appreciate that waiting around after a busy day is not ideal, and we're sorry for any frustration this may have caused. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you on another trip with us soon.
