Regarding the outbound route, this would likely have been chosen on the day to help avoid traffic and keep the journey running as smoothly as possible. Our drivers will always adjust routes where needed to ensure the most efficient and reliable service. In terms of seating, all seats on our coaches are the same size throughout. The only slight variation is on some vehicles where the front row can feel a little tighter due to safety screens being fitted. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer additional legroom in specific seat numbers. We’re glad you found the drop-off and pick-up arrangements convenient, and we really appreciate your feedback.
