While seat allocations are confirmed at the time of booking, if the coach is not full, passengers are welcome to speak with the driver who will do their best to help resolve any seating issues so that groups can sit together. Please note that this excursion was sold out, so there must have been some on-the-day cancellations which may have made the coach appear less busy. We appreciate your comments regarding the coach interior and will take this into account as we continue to review and refresh our fleet.
