Room allocation is managed directly by the hotel, and while we request a consistent standard for our passengers, individual room sizes can unfortunately vary. That said, we’re very sorry that this wasn’t explained clearly at the time and that it affected your experience. We can assure you that guests are not allocated rooms based on age or any other personal factor. Your comments have been shared with the hotel, and we’ll also take this feedback into account when working with them going forward. We truly value your custom and would hate for this experience to put you off travelling with us again, particularly as you otherwise enjoyed the holiday.
