FALKLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL

Co říká FALKLAND PRIMARY SCHOOL o Barnes Coaches:

Disappointed in the late arrival and lack of notification.

No problem with the booking though as this is not the first time the coach has been late for a 9.00am pick up, I am wondering whether we should be advised that this time is not feasible.

Thank you for your feedback, and again please accept our apologies for the delay to your collection. As discussed when we spoke on the phone, had we been made aware of the delay sooner, we would of course have contacted the school straight away to keep you updated. Unfortunately, when quotations are provided in advance, we are unable to predict traffic conditions or heavy congestion that may affect the journey on the day itself. We completely understand the impact that a delayed departure can have on a school trip schedule, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused to both staff and pupils. As a gesture of goodwill, we have reduced the cost of the hire. We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your comments will help us continue to improve our communication wherever possible.
