Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced on your return journey from the cruise. We’re very sorry that this detracted from what had otherwise been an enjoyable trip. The driver on this occasion was new to working with us; however, this does not excuse what happened. Our drivers should always follow the agreed itinerary and timings, and it is never appropriate to take a vote or alter the schedule without authorisation. We are very sorry that this occurred and that the planned free time in Liverpool was significantly reduced as a result. Stopping at services is, of course, sometimes necessary, but the length of the stop and the overall journey home should have been managed far better. We completely understand why this was frustrating, particularly given the early departure from Liverpool. Please be assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and will be addressed internally to ensure this does not happen again in future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
