Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated being picked up close to home, although we’re sorry that the pick-up route and journey time detracted from your experience. Our services often include multiple pick-up points to make trips accessible to as many customers as possible, but we do understand that this can sometimes add to the overall travel time and feel less direct. We’re also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced on board. We will ensure this is reported to our maintenance team for investigation. Likewise, we apologise that the coach temperature was uncomfortable during your journey. While the driver did attempt to adjust the heating, it’s clear this did not resolve the issue, and we will follow this up to ensure it is properly checked. Thank you again for your comments – they are very important in helping us improve our service. We do hope to welcome you on board again in the future for a more comfortable and enjoyable journey.
