However, we will continue to monitor them closely to ensure they remain safe and secure. Regarding your concerns about the driver, we’ve spoken with him directly. He has advised that he does not believe he drove away before all passengers were seated and does not feel he was rude during the trip. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing this matter further to ensure our standards of professionalism and courtesy are consistently upheld.
