Used them 3 times and always been great. However on our last charter in Corfu in August we arrived the night before and stayed in a Corfu hotel in the hope that we could get sailing on the Saturday....

I am sorry that you had issues with your boat - as you say they happen and from the sound of it the base staff did a good job helping where they could.
Sorry to hear you were not offered appropriate compensation - I will send through an email and see to that problem now!
