We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the delivery time scale of your machine and have discussed the matter with the manufacturer. They have confirmed the item was delivered within a three working day period in line with their standard transport terms. Unfortunately as the 3 days fell over a weekend, in reality, the item was received in 5 days not 3 as expected. We appreciate in the license trade every day is a working day and as such, we could or should have been clearer in keeping you updated with the anticipated delivery date.
