Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We’re truly sorry to hear that your wife became unwell during your tour and we hope she has since made a full recovery. We understand that you needed to step away from the tour to seek medical care. We’d like to reassure you that your Tour Leader followed our protocols and upon reviewing further, we’re pleased that the expected assistance was provided throughout. Your Tour Leader also made sure to communicate your options on rejoining the tour at a later stage in the event the situation improved. We can only apologise if you felt this was not sufficient but we can confirm our procedures were followed here and had direct interest been shown to rejoin, please be assured we would have taken the right steps to make this happen. Once again, we’re sincerely sorry that your plans were disrupted and we do hope we have the chance to welcome you again on another tour some time in the future.
