Great service.
Unfortunately there was a delay with the delivery but the problem was on Royal Mail's side. Bababing were very helpful when I raised the issue with them.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that the delivery of your order took a little longer than expected. After reviewing your order, I noticed that you selected free standard delivery and therefore by using Royal Mail tracked delivery, an estimated 3-4 days to Belfast is as standard. Furthermore, due to the recent bank holiday, we were informed by Royal Mail that a slight delay to customers would be made beyond our own control.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback regarding your recent order with BabaBing. As we currently pay for all orders made on our website using a 24 or 48 hour tracked delivery service, unfortunately the costs will be too much in order to provide a free returns service.

Hi, I am sorry to read your recent feedback with regards to the Barca Changing Bag you purchased recently from us as we take great pride in the quality of products we produce. After reading your comments, I can confirm the product was sold as advertised online. With regards to your comments regarding 'quality of item was poor', this I cannot understand as we have received 4 positive comments from other customers who have been satisfied with this item.
