Not received! No way of tracing it as Royal Mail website just says the sender has dispatched the item a week ago but they are still awaiting it. Emailed customer services hopefully someone can update...

Hi Sana! Thank you for your comments. I can see that your order was dispatched on 31 May reference #19625 however the parcel has not been scanned onto the Royal Mail network. I can only assume this is a lost parcel with the courier - my apologies. If we are aware of an issue we get it sorted quicky - in this case I wasn't aware of the issue (which makes it a little tricky to rectify... I'm sure you will appreciate!). Hi Barnaby. Thank you for your feedback. I am sure that you will appreciate that if we are not aware of an issue with a delivery it makes it impossible to rectify. In this particular case it looks as if the product was dispatched but an issue with the parcel getting scanned onto the Royal Mail network.
