No one has contacted me regarding the issues above, only Claire who called to make sure that I had recieved it, but thats all. Also, the holes for the wall hanging brackets are not dirlled deep enough, and more time is spent drilling them out to accomydate the brackets. I like your products and ease of assembly, but this is marred if extra time has to be taken to corect the pre drilling. Plus missing brackets etc just mean more expense having to go and get some. A little more attention to packaging and item inclusion would seem to be a wise route.

Awful service Was short shipped 1 unit... It took me a few months to let them know as my brother died and they failed to send out a replacement as they said it had taken me too long to inform them.

Why have you only done this now when I have put this review up ? I don't want the cabinet now as have put something else in its place. It's a shame you didn't action this originally, it's about doing the right thing and being nice. If you could action a refund for the unit please. Thanks Richard
