According to the carrier your order was out for delivery on Thursday 31st Aug but as no one was available to accept they had to return it to the warehouse for re-delivery the following day Friday 1st.

I informed kitchen kit that I was not free on the Thursday and reschedule for Friday. I relayed this to you on Wednesday. Then I get call from driver on thurday so I tolded him I was at Manchester airport and asked them to deliver on Friday. They must have been p off and threw my boxes around and no fault of mine. The boxes looked like second hand items.
