Service was good however their invoice is complicated and pretty demanding writing and they put the VAT total on another page. I did tell their finance dept but I think it fell on deaf ears . Pity as...

Sorry to hear this. I have looked into the invoicing and agree that the formatting could be better and less complicated. Regarding the aggressive nature, I agree that the capital letters and red writing look intimidating, however they are highlighting changes to bank details and warnings that late payment will affect delivery dates and lead times, which are unfortunately common issues. Please do not take this personally, we will look to make this a more positive experience.
