Never received the item at all so very poor had a email saying they wanted my bank details when the payment was already took shocking won't shop here again

I thought the material was velvet I am returning my purchase to you on the 26th
I only received part of my order. I had to email 6 times before I got a reply they asked for more information which i provided and then didn’t respond. So still no nearer to sorting the issue out ....
