I left this a bit late for a Christmas gift and really thought my chances were slim getting it on time but the service was really good and my package arrived and the quality of my gift was excellent...
the website is fine but the after-service is very bad as I did a message(email) in regards to the changes but there was no response, and the delivery process is bad so I can understand the peak time...
