Excellent holiday. Dealing with James was great as he clearly knows and loves the Azores. His guidance regarding trips and hotels met our needs perfectly.

Great but could be even better
Very helpful advice and efficient service. Excellent hotel recommended and walks too. Would have been useful to have some good restaurants recommended around the island... Finding decent food apart...

do better re matching flights to customer's home location
the person I was travelling with is Bristol based but that wasn't given as an option re the flights which would have saved Liz a lengthy return journey other than that, it was a good, efficient...
