We can only apologise for the initial delay and the need for you to chase the matter on the following Thursday.
Our notes do show there was an initial problem with the tyre invoice in that no vales were listed and the cost needed to be confirmed before payment could be issued. We are pleased to see we were able to issue the payment promptly after speaking to you.

We are pleased to see our Repairers were able to deal with the matter quickly and efficiently.
With regard to your excess we must stress that this amount applies to each and every claim irrespective of fault and although this amount could be claimed back off the responsible party this is not something we would assist with.
To confirm we certainly do not pass our Customer's details on to third party companies and are certainly not responsible for the number of calls you are receiving. We can understand this is frustrating but this is certainly not something we are responsible for.
